Maintains the DELTA digital platform by monitoring health, diagnosing bugs, managing dashboards and configurations, testing releases, tracking usage and costs, and translating user and system issues into product improvements. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical, Research, and QA teams on UAT, backlog refinement, documentation, and root-cause resolution.

Owns research operations across Product Research and Implementation and Impact Research, managing portfolio timelines, budgets, resourcing, vendors, compliance, processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role maintains operational infrastructure, supports fieldwork and product research administration, coordinates ethics and data protection requirements, and ensures research outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and effectively communicated internally and externally.

Lead Jacaranda Health’s product research function across digital health products. Design and conduct mixed-methods research, including usability testing, surveys, experiments, and engagement analysis. Translate product data and research findings into actionable recommendations, establish scalable research processes, and embed research into product delivery. Build team capability, hire and mentor Product Research Analysts, manage function timelines and resources, and ensure technical quality, ethical conduct, and stakeholder adoption of research insights.
