Owns daily HR operations for multiple client organizations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, employee relations support, compliance, audits, recordkeeping, reporting, and HR projects. Serves as a primary client contact, researches HR issues, provides practical solutions, manages competing priorities, and supports continuous process improvement while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Provides client support for billing, eligibility, claims, carrier requests, and other service issues. The role troubleshoots inquiries, develops solutions, manages confidential information, documents workflows in CRM and case-management systems, supports clinic administration, and maintains strong internal and external relationships. It requires customer service or administrative experience, office software proficiency, organization, communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Sells individual and group insurance products, develops new business, manages employer benefit accounts, and advises clients on health, life, dental, vision, and ancillary plans. The role also coordinates vendors, oversees benefit administration, ensures compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA requirements, supports renewals and claims questions, supervises service activities, and coaches benefits team members. Frequent travel of up to 70% is required.
