Manage demolition, abatement, and sitework projects from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, permits, regulatory compliance, budgets, schedules, and documentation. Track T&M, waste disposal, and billing; escalate risks and support lessons-learned and internal reviews. Serve as primary client contact and ensure crew training, safety, and licensing requirements are met.

Operate commercial trucks (CDL A or B) to haul demolition, recycling, and construction materials. Roles include dump and low-bed hauling, tri-axle regional deliveries (roll-off), and fuel trucking (tanker operations). Follow safety, endorsements, and site procedures; submit application or resume in person or online.
