The role includes daytime Monday-to-Friday scheduling, customer-focused problem solving, and obtaining pest control licensing with company-provided training.

Supervise residential, commercial, and industrial insulation removal and installation projects. Coordinate installation teams, inspect work for quality and code compliance, train staff on safe techniques, manage materials and project records, communicate with customers and branch managers, and help ensure timelines, safety standards, and customer expectations are met.

Manage an outside residential sales territory by visiting job sites, inspecting properties, estimating and selling pest control services, collecting payments, and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes indoor and outdoor treatments, preparing service proposals and pricing, following up on leads, documenting service details, communicating with supervisors, managing time and territory, maintaining equipment, and occasional emergency or weekend work.
