Review and complete change desk tickets; determine bona fide changes in circumstance; monitor and disclose Loan Estimates and Change in Circumstances; address and cure fee variances; verify fee accuracy to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations; and communicate with Sales, Processing, Closing, and Underwriting.

Design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions. Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to identify opportunities, build and maintain SQL Server-based reports and ETL, debug stored procedures and complex queries, document technical designs, create process flow diagrams, and support automation testing infrastructure.

Obtain, review, and reconcile final loan documents from attorneys, title companies, and courthouses. Prepare investor transmittals, maintain daily logs, update the Loan Origination System, and resolve investor exceptions. Support scanning, collateral, and post-closing teams and perform related duties as requested.
