Review and complete change desk tickets; determine bona fide changes in circumstance; monitor and disclose Loan Estimates and Change in Circumstances; address and cure fee variances; verify fee accuracy to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations; and communicate with Sales, Processing, Closing, and Underwriting.

Design, develop, and implement automated software solutions. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify automation opportunities, build integrations with APIs, maintain CI pipelines, create process flow diagrams and technical documentation, and support automation testing; use Java, Python, or .NET and T-SQL. RPA and mortgage platform experience are beneficial.

Design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions. Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to identify opportunities, build and maintain SQL Server-based reports and ETL, debug stored procedures and complex queries, document technical designs, create process flow diagrams, and support automation testing infrastructure.
