Lead and implement project quality systems and Site-Specific Quality Management Plans across construction projects. Conduct field inspections, mock-ups, material verification, deficiency tracking, and lessons-learned. Provide technical leadership for MEP and fire protection systems from preconstruction through closeout. Review contract documents, drive coordination and BIM/clash detection, support procurement/buyout decisions, develop MEP schedules, oversee commissioning and turnover, manage subcontractor coordination, track submittals/RFIs/changes, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate cost and schedule impacts to project teams.

Lead day-to-day construction operations and translate company strategy into operational priorities. Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.
