Lead day-to-day construction operations and translate company strategy into operational priorities. Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction. Oversee operational financial performance, mentor leaders, support business growth, and maintain visible field presence to remove barriers and ensure project delivery.

Manage project document control and field coordination: track RFIs, submittals, materials, safety documentation, and drawing updates; prepare meeting minutes and reports; support field reporting, punch lists, and project metrics to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Provide technical leadership for MEP and fire protection systems from preconstruction through closeout. Review contract documents, drive coordination and BIM/clash detection, support procurement/buyout decisions, develop MEP schedules, oversee commissioning and turnover, manage subcontractor coordination, track submittals/RFIs/changes, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate cost and schedule impacts to project teams.
