Manages workers’ compensation claims, leave administration, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work programs across company facilities. Coordinates with HR, Safety, Operations, Payroll, insurers, medical providers, and legal counsel; ensures regulatory compliance; tracks claims and leave metrics; reduces costs and lost workdays; develops policies and trains managers; and facilitates safe employee returns to work.

Serve as a bilingual English/Spanish HR contact for manufacturing employees. Support daily HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS records, payroll and benefits questions, attendance, employee relations, leave administration, documentation, communications, and engagement initiatives. Maintain a visible presence across Thornton and Louisville facilities while supporting three shifts and adapting to changing operational needs.
