The Data Analyst partners with product, business, and operational teams to define metrics, conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses, and identify trends and opportunities. The role develops dashboards, reporting solutions, analytical models, and automated processes; translates ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations; monitors performance; and communicates insights through visualizations and presentations. Strong SQL, statistical, BI, and communication skills are required, while Python, fintech, experimentation, and generative AI experience are preferred.

Develop scalable, reliable, high-volume web and mobile applications for online payment services. Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to analyze requirements and design solutions. Make independent technical decisions, plan system rollouts, ensure performance and reliability, and support teammates through coding expertise, technical guidance, and engineering best practices.
