Lead strategic global key accounts to drive growth, retention, and expansion. Build trusted relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions, manage contracts and strategic business reviews, and monitor customer performance and risk.

Conduct AML/CFT/Sanctions transaction monitoring, investigate alerts and cases, draft STR/SARs, optimize TM alert systems, collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams, present findings to senior management, and ensure compliance with local and PayU-level policies.
