First design hire for an AI-native B2B SaaS CX platform. Define product visual language and design system from scratch, create high-density enterprise workflows for agents, supervisors, and administrators, and iterate closely with engineering to deliver configurable, AI-driven experiences and human-in-the-loop interfaces.

Lead design, development, testing, release and maintenance of native iOS applications. Collaborate with Product, Design and QA, fix bugs, optimize performance, mentor peers, and adopt new Apple technologies and app monitoring tools.
