Develop Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, service mesh and gateway solutions, and centralized observability. Troubleshoot production systems across Linux, networking, databases, and distributed services while driving reliability, incident management, automation, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Apply generative AI and AIOps to troubleshooting, alerting, incident analysis, and engineering productivity.

Manage B2B credit accounts: perform credit checks, set limits, invoice and collect payments, reconcile accounts and banks, resolve disputes, report KPIs, and recommend credit-control process improvements while maintaining client relationships.
