Leads financial aid and veterans affairs operations at the Lake County campus. Responsibilities include supporting FAFSA completion, resolving aid issues, administering work-study, scholarships, emergency aid, SAP appeals, and special circumstance reviews. The role conducts outreach, coordinates with enrollment and student success teams, manages relationships with processing hubs, and supervises two Assistant Directors and a Financial Aid Advisor while ensuring FERPA and regulatory compliance.
