Lead fundraising and donor relations to support students and campus priorities. Manage a portfolio of 75–150 donors, cultivate prospects, solicit major gifts and sponsorships, draft and track gift agreements, oversee scholarship and fund accounting, coordinate donor engagement and stewardship, and prepare donor-focused proposals.

On-campus federal work-study internship supporting case management, community education, and workforce collaboration. Duties include scheduling and event support, maintaining program databases, drafting newsletters and outreach materials, communicating with partners, connecting participants to resources, collecting feedback, assisting with grant/partner materials, and attending collaborative meetings.

Lead and manage dual credit processes for Indianapolis-area high school partners. Oversee instructor credentialing and training, track student applications/registrations/grades, ensure NACEP compliance, advise high school students on academic pathways, produce reports, and collaborate with college and K-14 teams to support credential attainment and program implementation.
