Leads fundraising and donor development for the College and Foundation through major gifts, sponsorships, annual campaigns, donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management. Plans and executes fundraising and recognition events, collaborates on grant funding strategies, maintains donor CRM records, ensures compliance, and supports statewide fundraising initiatives. The role requires community engagement, event logistics, occasional travel, and evening or weekend availability.

Manage daily operations of the TRIO/Student Support Services grant including fiscal oversight, compliance with USDOE rules, participant recruitment and services, data/evaluation, staff supervision, and institutional coordination to support at-risk students.

The Supplemental Instruction Leader leads group study sessions for difficult courses, attends classes, collaborates with faculty, and assists in data collection for program evaluation. They model effective study habits and support diverse student backgrounds.
