Lead employer and community engagement to grow Ivy+ CareerLink enrollment, revenue, and Elkhart County Campus student enrollment. Build employer and community partnerships, design workforce development strategies, track performance metrics, report outcomes, and coordinate cross-divisional efforts to meet enrollment and revenue goals.

Provide administrative and operational support to the campus Finance Office: scan, organize, and digitally file documents; assist inventory labeling and recordkeeping; follow up on work orders and update logs; perform clerical tasks (data entry, copying, filing); maintain departmental records and workspaces; support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for enrollment and advising: greet visitors, manage appointments and calendars, perform accurate data entry and recordkeeping, support outreach campaigns, communicate appointment reminders, and assist enrollment, registration, and retention initiatives.
