Leads enterprise-wide management and stewardship of donor-funded gifts, grants, endowments, and philanthropic investments. Oversees portfolio implementation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, impact measurement, donor-intent compliance, and resource deployment. Builds systems, processes, accountability structures, and a team supporting funded initiatives. Partners with Foundation, finance, academic, development, and institutional stakeholders to ensure investments achieve measurable outcomes and advance institutional priorities.

Leads systemwide major and principal gift fundraising for Ivy Tech Foundation. Manages a portfolio of major donors and prospects, develops cultivation and solicitation strategies, secures six- and seven-figure commitments, and supports campaign initiatives. Partners with campus, college, foundation, board, and volunteer leaders to advance statewide philanthropic priorities, coordinate donor strategies, negotiate gift agreements, and provide effective stewardship throughout the fundraising cycle.

Lead and manage Disability Support Services, IvyCares, and the Hive & Harvest Food Pantry to support student access, basic needs, and retention. Coordinate accommodations under ADA/Section 504, provide case management, collaborate with faculty and community partners, oversee operations and data-driven assessment, and deliver outreach to promote equitable student success.
