Provide administrative and operational support to assigned academic schools, assisting deans and program chairs with course building, faculty and student communication, event coordination, budget and procurement tasks, accreditation documentation, and retention initiatives. Facilitate collaboration across campus offices, maintain records, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and FERPA.

Provide administrative HR support including employee record maintenance, payroll documentation assistance, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, workers' compensation management, HR reporting, internal communications, event planning, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Lead and manage dual credit processes for Indianapolis-area high school partners. Oversee instructor credentialing and training, track student applications/registrations/grades, ensure NACEP compliance, advise high school students on academic pathways, produce reports, and collaborate with college and K-14 teams to support credential attainment and program implementation.
