Build and operate scalable batch and streaming pipelines, data products, and AI-facing integration layers to power analytics and Agentic AI. Implement data modeling, quality, monitoring, governance, and prepare structured/unstructured data for ML and generative AI while collaborating with AI, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Design and implement autonomous, multi-agent AI systems and RAG pipelines; integrate LLMs and cloud AI services (Azure/GCP); build tool-use architectures, data pipelines, IAM propagation, observability and safety guardrails; collaborate with ML teams to operationalize agents and deliver scalable conversational/copilot experiences.

Lead and optimize team productivity, onboarding, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination. Drive performance improvements, training, stakeholder engagement, and employee experience while supporting salary reviews, off-boarding, and metrics analysis to reduce non-billable work.
