Own tool prioritization, MCP Apps, connectors, protocols, packaging, user experiences, customer research, adoption plans, and engagement measurement. Partner with engineering, design, and the Agent Platform team on architecture and delivery while researching the agentic ecosystem and using customer, market, and product data to guide strategy.

Design, build, and operate production machine learning systems for personalization, recommendation, and send-time optimization. Own the full model lifecycle from experimentation and feature engineering through distributed training, deployment, monitoring, and online testing. Build scalable data pipelines and model-serving architectures with Databricks, Spark, AWS, Ray, and Kubernetes. Partner with platform teams, improve infrastructure, mentor engineers, and guide technical direction for machine learning at Iterable.

Own Iterable’s content strategy, editorial standards, brand voice, and marketing copy across organic, AI-driven search, paid advertising, and demand-generation channels. Build content roadmaps, develop AI-assisted production workflows, analyze performance, and connect content visibility to qualified leads and pipeline. Collaborate with SEO, product marketing, demand generation, sales, engineering, and other teams to produce high-quality technical and thought-leadership content at scale.

Prospect and educate leads through multichannel outreach, research prioritized accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate qualified sales opportunities. The role meets monthly meeting and opportunity quotas, provides discovery data to Account Executives, maintains account records, builds strong internal relationships, and contributes feedback to sales process improvement. The representative will master sales tools, participate in training, and develop expertise in enterprise marketing automation solutions.

Own Iterable’s AI and orchestration product marketing narrative, including strategic positioning, messaging, and flagship Tier 1 launches. Translate AI models, agentic workflows, and data architecture into compelling customer value for executives and practitioners. Conduct market and competitive research, influence product roadmaps, drive AI adoption and expansion, and partner with customer marketing and customer success on evidence-based stories and enablement.

Build and operate scalable data ingestion, activation, analytics, and machine learning pipelines. Develop Snowflake-based workflows, source connectors, transformations, incremental synchronization, data-sharing systems, and reliability tooling. Improve observability, data quality, schema evolution, and recovery processes while collaborating with engineering, product, infrastructure, data science, and customer-facing teams. The role includes moderate-scope project ownership, operational support, and potential on-call participation in a remote environment.

Develop and improve Scala, Bazel, and CI foundations used by engineering teams. Build shared libraries, frameworks, automation, and developer tools; improve build reliability and feedback loops; debug workflow failures; and partner with product engineers on platform adoption. The role also applies AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development while maintaining safety, quality, and human oversight.

Build production-ready, scalable web applications at Iterable. Complete smaller software engineering projects autonomously, collaborate on solutions, improve processes, anticipate roadblocks, estimate effort, and contribute to a distributed engineering team. The role requires proficiency in Scala or Java, experience with Elasticsearch or Postgres, on-call participation, English fluency, and legal authorization to work in the EU.
