Designs Snowflake pipelines, source connectors, transformations, incremental processing, and data-sharing workflows. Establishes standards for reliability, schema evolution, observability, testing, and recovery. Partners across engineering, product, infrastructure, and data science, provides technical leadership and mentorship, influences roadmaps, and supports high-availability production workflows.

Lead the evolution of Aurora, Iterable’s design system, across components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and AI-ready workflows. Define structured component specifications, partner with engineers on Figma-to-code implementation, establish quality audits and versioning practices, and prototype responsible AI-assisted design-system tools. Mentor designers and engineers while improving consistency across complex product experiences.

Define and launch how Nova AI capabilities are exposed through external AI tools. Own tool prioritization, MCP Apps, connectors, protocols, packaging, user experiences, customer research, adoption plans, and engagement measurement. Partner with engineering, design, and the Agent Platform team on architecture and delivery while researching the agentic ecosystem and using customer, market, and product data to guide strategy.
