Responsibilities include managing LinkedIn content, creating social media calendars, coordinating event promotions, drafting emailers, tracking basic campaign analytics, researching healthcare and policy topics, and coordinating with designers, content teams, speakers, and external stakeholders.

Research and write articles, industry updates, interviews, newsletters, reports, and digital content covering business, energy, infrastructure, sustainability, technology, and policy. Responsibilities include tracking industry developments, conducting fact-checking, preparing research summaries, supporting editorial projects, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining content accuracy. The role suits fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of experience in writing, journalism, research, communications, or related fields.

Supports conference delegate, visitor, and exhibitor engagement through email outreach, digital campaigns, tele-calling, market research, registration follow-up, and database maintenance. Assists with onsite and backend event logistics, help desk support, session coordination, lead retrieval, and partner servicing.
