Jobs at IT Teams

Principal Forward Deployed Engineer delivering secure, customer-specific solutions for U.S. utilities and government customers. The role combines cybersecurity analysis, data engineering, AI-agentic automation, and solution engineering to address vulnerability, attack path, supply chain, and operational risk questions. Responsibilities include integrating messy security data, writing production-ready code in constrained environments, presenting findings to executives, converting bespoke work into product capabilities, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles: source and engage candidates, conduct screenings, shortlist and present candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain pipeline, and ensure strong candidate experience while reporting to the Delivery Manager.
