Provides technical and platform support to marketplace sellers through email, chat, and phone. Reviews merchant claims, troubleshoots account and order issues, documents resolutions, escalates complex cases, and educates sellers on policies and best practices. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant multi-state payroll processing for California, Nevada, and Washington employees.

Performs quality checks, testing, inspections, and defect reporting across products and services.
