Serve as Salesforce-focused business analyst owning solution lifecycle: gather and document requirements, configure Salesforce and Fonteva AMS, lead deployments and UAT, produce training and change management materials, analyze processes and data, and coordinate technical teams and external partners. Hybrid role with weekly on-site presence in Arlington, VA.

Operate and administer the LMS and CRM to build, configure, and maintain course shells; manage course lifecycles, learner provisioning, and order-to-enrollment flows; triage learner support; coordinate with instructional designers, sales, and technology teams to ensure smooth launches, accurate data exchange, and continuous process improvements.
