Manage day-to-day LMS and Salesforce operations supporting online courses, certifications, and the Learning Academy. Configure course shells, manage launches and archival, process enrollments and learner provisioning, troubleshoot support issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate data flows between platforms. Provide reporting on enrollment and engagement, collaborate with instructional design, sales, technology, and vendors, and improve operational workflows and learner self-service resources. The role requires weekly in-office work in Arlington, Virginia, with occasional off-site meetings.
