Electrical Engineer to support an offshore oil & gas project from the Cairo office. 12-month contract starting July 2026, office-based (8 hours/day, 5 days/week). Role likely involves electrical engineering duties for project deliverables and coordination with offshore teams.

Lead design and technical assurance of offshore pipeline systems across conceptual, FEED, and detailed design phases. Perform routing, wall thickness and stress calculations, hydraulic and stability analyses, and installation engineering (S-lay, J-lay, Reel-lay). Interface with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with DNV/API/ASME, support procurement, review vendor documents, participate in HAZID/HAZOP, and provide engineering support during offshore installation and commissioning.

Lead process engineering for onshore/offshore upstream oil & gas projects: produce and review PFDs/P&IDs, perform complex simulations and calculations, ensure technical integrity and safety (HAZOP/HAZID/SIL), coordinate multidisciplinary design, manage contractor deliverables, and support construction, commissioning, and operations.

Support Operations in manufacturing cost control: budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting and variance analysis. Provide standard/product costing, inventory valuation and SAP-based cost information to management. Work onsite in Nairobi within an international project, focusing on cost drivers, margins and cost-saving initiatives for plant/manufacturing environments.

Lead Electrical Engineers will be mobilised offshore in Qatar to manage and resolve technical engineering issues directly with the client, working alongside commissioning engineers. Candidates should have a solid engineering background and preferably commissioning experience. Role is 12 months, rotational offshore assignment handling on-site engineering and troubleshooting.

Prepare, review and approve critical offshore lift activities and lift plans (vessel-to-vessel, deck-to-deck, subsea). Ensure crane and rigging configurations, load calculations (DAF, SWL/WLL), center-of-gravity, and environmental factors are addressed. Work onboard DSVs for heavy lifts up to 75t, following IMCA/IOGP and oil & gas safety standards.

Inspect and verify mechanical completion of a small reformer and start-up heater, including lining, pressure parts, and associated systems. Work on-site to confirm mechanical readiness and system integrity prior to commissioning.

Manage and update the Training Program, coordinate vendor and external courses, prepare and deliver training materials, track courses, supervise vendor/contractor instructors, produce progress reports, and maintain the training schedule for the Yantai shipyard project.

Provide project planning and scheduling support for an offshore oil & gas project from the Cairo onshore office. Prepare and maintain schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and support project controls for a 12-month contract starting July 2026.

Manage contracting lifecycle and high-value capital procurement for turnarounds. Coordinate planning, cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Maintain cost databases, support procedure development, and train staff.

Lead Drilling HSE Supervisor to manage health, safety and environmental activities for an offshore drilling campaign in Ivory Coast. Role covers offshore HSE leadership across mobilization and drilling operations, 12-hour shifts, 28/28 rotation, starting mid-December 2026 through May 2027 with expected resumption in September 2027.

Coordinate planning, preparation, execution, and close-out of ammonia plant turnaround activities. Manage deliverables, work packages, materials, contractors, schedules, quality, HSE compliance, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, scope changes, and training to meet schedule, cost, and operational readiness objectives.

Coordinate LNG marine logistics for onshore operations in Pointe-Noire, with occasional offshore assessment missions. Role follows 90 days on/15 off rotation, 9-hour days, six days a week, for a 12-month contract starting Aug/Sep 2026. Support planning and movement of personnel and materials.
