ISS International S.p.A. is looking for nr. 2 Subsea Control & Production Systems Engineers to be assigned to an Oil&Gas Project - Offshore Romania
Duties/Skills:
1.Control Systems Architecture: DCS, SCADA, MCS
2. Electro-Hydraulics
3. Instrumentation and Diagnostic:
• HPUs Systems with and without dedicated Control System
• Subsea facilities as SSIVs, Manifolds, Valves, Skids, Umbilicals, Behavior of Subsea Installations
• Christmas Trees Hydraulic Valves as SSSV, SSV, WV (Production and Kill), Low and Upper Master Valves, Swab Valves, Crossover Valves Annulus Valves (Master and Wing).
It’s mandatorily required a valid offshore BOSIET certificate.
Here below all other conditions:
Starting date: October 2026
Job Location: Offshore (Romania)
Duration: 6 months liable to extension
Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
Rotation: 56 days ON / 28 days OFF inclusive of travelling days
Type of contract: Consultant Agreement with ISS International S.p.A.
Indicative gross daily rate between 350 € and 400 € , determined on the basis of experience, skills and applicable classification, according to objective and gender-neutral criteria.
Additional allowances related to travel and/or territorial mobility may also be provided, where applicable, in accordance with the contractual and organisational terms set out for the project.

Skills Required
- Experience with control-system architectures including DCS, SCADA, and MCS
- Experience with electro-hydraulic systems
- Experience with instrumentation and diagnostics
- Experience with HPU systems, with and without dedicated control systems
- Knowledge of subsea facilities, including SSIVs, manifolds, valves, skids, umbilicals, and subsea installation behavior
- Knowledge of Christmas-tree hydraulic valves, including SSSV, SSV, production and kill valves, master valves, swab valves, crossover valves, and annulus valves
- Valid offshore BOSIET certificate
- Availability for offshore work in Romania on a 56-days-on, 28-days-off rotation
