Own validation and verification projects, coordinate suppliers and verifiers, deliver high-quality environmental certifications, and improve Registry Operations systems. The role partners with Technology, Science, and Growth teams to enhance verification platforms, processes, and offerings while providing strong customer service and applying Isometric protocols with scientific rigor.

Manage high-stakes partnerships with climate project developers, including relationship building and contract negotiations. Discuss technical and scientific topics with external stakeholders, coordinate across Science, Growth, and Technology teams, and resolve blockers to working with priority developers. The role requires strategic ownership, comfort with ambiguity, rapid learning, regular travel, and in-office collaboration three days per week.

Own full-cycle B2B sales of climate certificates across carbon, energy, and industrial emissions. Build pipeline, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, negotiate contracts, represent Isometric at industry events, and provide market insights that shape go-to-market strategy, product priorities, positioning, and expansion. The role requires operating in person three days weekly, navigating ambiguity, educating buyers about technical products, and contributing to an early-stage sales motion.

Lead efforts to win project developers, support teammates on priority accounts, own and improve team processes (inbound triage, supplier onboarding) using AI tools, and represent Isometric at events and to partners globally.

Lead Isometric’s design function by setting product direction and quality standards, building a high-performing design team, and remaining hands-on. Design complex AI-powered certification products that simplify dense audit workflows, while shaping the company’s broader brand across sales, social media, and merchandise. The role requires strong end-to-end UX and UI craft, experience scaling design teams and processes, comfort with ambiguity, and proactive ownership in an in-person environment.
