Entry-level rotational business development role beginning on the Customer Service team. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, inside sales, supporting contractor and supplier clients, and helping users navigate ISNetworld. After 12–24 months, associates may rotate into Client Development to expand accounts and prospect for new clients. The role includes an eight-week Dallas training program and up to 20% travel for meetings, events, and presentations.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative tools, integrations, APIs, middleware, platform events, and administrative functions. Conduct code reviews, support QA, identify edge cases and cross-cloud impacts, and collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and business users. Translate business needs into technical requirements, recommend enhancements, and improve Salesforce processes across the software development lifecycle.

Leads product design initiatives as a hands-on designer and supervisor. Responsibilities include improving UX and UI, evolving enterprise design standards and design systems, evaluating AI-powered tools, mentoring product designers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables, and documenting design guidelines and component usage.
