Leads product design initiatives as a hands-on designer and supervisor. Responsibilities include improving UX and UI, evolving enterprise design standards and design systems, evaluating AI-powered tools, mentoring product designers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables, and documenting design guidelines and component usage.

Supports English- and French-speaking clients through phone, chat, and email in a high-volume customer service environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting platform, account, and compliance issues; building client relationships; learning contractor and supplier management processes; collaborating on retention and engagement; and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The role includes eight weeks of training and is designed to progress into B2B sales or account management within 12–24 months.

Provide phone, chat, and email support to English- and Spanish-speaking clients using ISN’s contractor and supplier management platform. Troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance issues; build client relationships; support retention and engagement; and learn business development and B2B sales processes. The role includes an eight-week onsite training program and potential progression into client development or account management within 12–24 months.
