Lead global HSEQ strategy and RAVS program, partner with executive clients, align HSE policies across regions, conduct reviews and risk assessments, drive program improvements, deliver training, and represent ISN in audits and strategic meetings to improve contractor safety, compliance, and performance.

Provide bilingual (French/English) customer support, train clients on ISN products, troubleshoot inquiries, assist with account management (invoicing/collections), support sales and marketing projects, and develop client resources while pursuing progression into B2B sales.
