Provide proactive customer service and support to contractor/supplier clients, handle inbound inquiries and troubleshooting, deliver training (phone, web, face-to-face), assist with account management including invoicing and collections, support sales and marketing implementation, and develop resources and process improvement ideas.

Provide bilingual (English/French) customer support via phone, chat, and email for ISN's contractor/supplier platform. Troubleshoot accounts and compliance issues, build client relationships, support retention and sales initiatives, and progress into B2B sales within 12–24 months.

Provide high-volume customer support in English and Spanish via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance issues, build client relationships, collaborate on retention and engagement, and support sales and marketing while training for a transition into B2B sales/account management.
