Lead hotel sales efforts through outside sales, account acquisition, site tours, and local networking. Oversee sales team, forecast occupancy, create marketing/sales plans, and hit REVPAR targets while coordinating with hotel leadership.

Drive hotel revenue by meeting occupancy and ADR targets through sales, marketing, and community engagement. Manage key accounts, perform outside sales calls and property tours, prepare reports, maintain vendor/client data, and collaborate with Front Office to execute group and corporate directives. Provide excellent guest service, handle workplace issues, and work flexible schedules as needed.
