Teams at Island Hospitality Management

Perform evening public-area cleaning and basic housekeeping tasks (linen/towel changes, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting), assist preventative maintenance, report hazards/damages, maintain storeroom organization, deliver guest special requests, and provide guest-facing service.

Seasonal on-site Ranger who assists guests with RV site arrivals/departures, escorts and leads RVs to sites, helps with site setup, patrols the resort, monitors pools for unregistered guests, reports maintenance issues, performs light grounds and janitorial tasks, sells small items, and covers the main gate as needed.

Manage and maintain hotel building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, and exterior. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventative room maintenance, supervise and schedule maintenance staff, manage budgets and supplies, coordinate contractors and inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and brand/internal audit requirements.
