Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas and corridors; perform basic housekeeping tasks, replenish supplies, assist with preventative maintenance, report safety hazards, and deliver guest-requested items while providing friendly guest service.

Escort and assist RV guests with site set-up, monitor transient sites and pools, report maintenance issues, handle guest questions, sell small items, perform light grounds and janitorial tasks, and provide frequent patrol and customer service. Flexible scheduling and physical work required.

Regional leader responsible for operational excellence across Midwest properties: coach property teams, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, analyze financial and operational data, implement service standards, optimize costs and staffing, and oversee HR functions to meet budget and performance goals. Frequent travel required.
