Own finance operations for UK and Irish entities, including bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll, month-end close, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and statutory support. The role also improves finance systems, controls, documentation, automation, and reporting while providing commercially useful analysis to support company decision-making in a fast-growing health-tech startup.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, employer branding and sourcing; handle people operations including onboarding, employee queries, events and documentation; coordinate business operations such as user access, supplier administration, insurance renewals and compliance; identify and implement process improvements and provide cross-functional operational support to scale the business.

Lead the backend team and own the platform infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency while managing integrations and driving technical strategy.

Lead high-value NHS partnership opportunities end-to-end: run executive-level, vision-led pitches to NHS C-suite, navigate NHS governance and procurement, build financial business cases in Sheets/Excel, leverage NHS network to open doors, and drive commercial strategy with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.
