Manage end-to-end recruitment, employer branding and sourcing; handle people operations including onboarding, employee queries, events and documentation; coordinate business operations such as user access, supplier administration, insurance renewals and compliance; identify and implement process improvements and provide cross-functional operational support to scale the business.

Advocate design-led thinking, improve design practices and design system, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Clinical Safety, and explore AI to speed and enhance design while ensuring accessibility and inclusive design.

Lead the backend team and own the platform infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency while managing integrations and driving technical strategy.

Lead high-value NHS partnership opportunities end-to-end: run executive-level, vision-led pitches to NHS C-suite, navigate NHS governance and procurement, build financial business cases in Sheets/Excel, leverage NHS network to open doors, and drive commercial strategy with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Design end-to-end clinical and patient-facing product experiences, advocate for user-centred design and accessibility, improve UX quality and design systems, embed research and data in product decisions, collaborate with Product, Engineering and clinical safety to deliver compliant, scalable features and explore AI tooling to improve design workflows.
