Own and improve Isla’s analytical data infrastructure, including BigQuery data models, pipelines, quality frameworks, dashboards, and reporting. Analyze complex datasets to measure product adoption, clinical efficiency, and patient outcomes. Enable self-service insights, support data-driven decisions across teams and healthcare clients, and guide data architecture and continuous improvement while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Commercial teams.

Develop new healthcare partnerships through targeted research, outbound outreach, discovery meetings, platform demonstrations, and opportunity qualification. Build relationships with NHS clinicians and decision-makers, maintain commercial pipeline activity in the CRM, and collaborate with senior Partnership Leads to progress opportunities. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, research and analytical skills, resilience, initiative, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn about NHS structures and digital healthcare.

Build and own scalable Node.js and TypeScript backend services for a healthcare platform supporting millions of patient interactions. Responsibilities include integrating clinical data sources and third-party systems, managing production services, monitoring and debugging, improving reliability, collaborating with product and design, and supporting cloud infrastructure. The role also includes mentoring engineers and advancing software development, DevOps, and cloud engineering practices.
