Manage end-to-end recruitment, employer branding and sourcing; handle people operations including onboarding, employee queries, events and documentation; coordinate business operations such as user access, supplier administration, insurance renewals and compliance; identify and implement process improvements and provide cross-functional operational support to scale the business.

Design and configure integrations and map clinical pathway requirements into Isla's digital pathways. Own end-to-end integration lifecycle, build node-based workflow automations, liaise with clients to scope technical plans, and collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with clinical intent and platform capabilities.

Design end-to-end clinical and patient-facing experiences, from discovery and wireframes to polished UI and implementation-ready designs. Advocate design-led thinking, improve design practices and design system, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Clinical Safety, and explore AI to speed and enhance design while ensuring accessibility and inclusive design.
