Own finance operations for UK and Irish entities, including bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll, month-end close, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and statutory support. The role also improves finance systems, controls, documentation, automation, and reporting while providing commercially useful analysis to support company decision-making in a fast-growing health-tech startup.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, employer branding and sourcing; handle people operations including onboarding, employee queries, events and documentation; coordinate business operations such as user access, supplier administration, insurance renewals and compliance; identify and implement process improvements and provide cross-functional operational support to scale the business.

Design end-to-end clinical and patient-facing experiences, from discovery and wireframes to polished UI and implementation-ready designs. Advocate design-led thinking, improve design practices and design system, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Clinical Safety, and explore AI to speed and enhance design while ensuring accessibility and inclusive design.
