Manage and expand enterprise client relationships, overseeing onboarding, retention, renewals, account growth, and client satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities. Lead account reviews, track KPIs, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company at networking events and executive briefings. The role is onsite in Dallas and includes local travel and evening events.

Manage and expand enterprise client accounts through relationship building, strategic account planning, renewals, onboarding, retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point, monitor client satisfaction metrics, coordinate with internal teams, and support billing and collections. Represent the company at networking events, host client events, build community engagement, and collaborate with marketing on testimonials, case studies, and thought leadership.

Develop and maintain reliable Android and cross-platform software while diagnosing complex production issues through logs, telemetry, and root-cause analysis. Build AI-enabled log analysis, incident triage, RAG workflows, and automation to reduce debugging effort and MTTR. Implement and validate fixes through CI/CD pipelines, identify recurring defects, and improve system reliability in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Build and maintain WordPress websites and ad landing pages with Elementor, adapting established templates and translating Figma designs into responsive, accurate builds. Manage custom post types and fields, troubleshoot styling and plugin issues, collaborate with internal teams, meet deadlines, and recommend improvements to templates and workflows.

Design, develop, fine-tune, and productionize ML and Generative AI/LLM solutions. Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, modeling, deployment, monitoring), implement RAG and vector DB architectures, apply prompt/context engineering and MLOps best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize models for performance, latency, scalability, and cost.

Design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies; build end-to-end LLM-powered application features (frontend to API); create reusable prompt libraries and eval sets; use AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code); document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency.

Embed with client teams to rapidly prototype and iterate AI/agent solutions, own PoC-to-production handoff, troubleshoot integrations across APIs and data sources, bridge delivery and client engineering teams, and feed field learnings into reusable accelerators and playbooks.
