The role also involves JSON transformation, collaboration with Python developers, GitHub version control, and data quality automation in hybrid Linux and Azure environments.

Maintain and enhance .NET-based tools supporting product development, underwriting, and risk management. Build and integrate RESTful services, automate processes and scheduled jobs, support WinForms/WPF desktop apps, troubleshoot and monitor systems, and collaborate with DBAs and engineers to ensure data integrity and reliable performance.

Support performance marketing operations by setting up and maintaining Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, performing audits and call-tracking/tagging, updating budgets, building and verifying reports and dashboards, and managing recurring administrative and operational tasks for multiple client accounts in a remote, part-time role.

Design, develop, fine-tune, and productionize ML and Generative AI/LLM solutions. Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, modeling, deployment, monitoring), implement RAG and vector DB architectures, apply prompt/context engineering and MLOps best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize models for performance, latency, scalability, and cost.

Design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies; build end-to-end LLM-powered application features (frontend to API); create reusable prompt libraries and eval sets; use AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code); document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency.

Embed with client teams to rapidly prototype and iterate AI/agent solutions, own PoC-to-production handoff, troubleshoot integrations across APIs and data sources, bridge delivery and client engineering teams, and feed field learnings into reusable accelerators and playbooks.

Provide technical support and administration for Cisco-based voice, voicemail, and contact center systems. Troubleshoot malfunctions, monitor and resolve hardware/software issues, design and install telecom facilities for new locations, manage projects, maintain spare/test equipment, and liaise with users to ensure reliable, cost-effective voice and data communications.

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Conduct business reviews, monitor KPIs, and develop strategic account plans.
