Develop and maintain software supporting insurance product development, underwriting workflows, risk management, and business operations. Build RESTful integrations, automate processes through services and scheduled jobs, and maintain WinForms/WPF applications. Collaborate with database administrators and software engineers to ensure data integrity, application reliability, and performance. The role requires strong C#, .NET, ASP.NET, front-end, database, API integration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and process automation experience.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft integrations across cloud and on-premises environments. Build APIs, data transformations, connectors, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time integrations using Kafka and MQTT. Support Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, IoT, Digital Twin, AI, and RPA solutions. Provide production monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and support partners.

Manage and expand enterprise client relationships, overseeing onboarding, retention, renewals, account growth, and client satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities. Lead account reviews, track KPIs, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company at networking events and executive briefings. The role is onsite in Dallas and includes local travel and evening events.
