Serves as the primary HR partner for multiple operating companies, managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance support, leave and accommodation coordination, HRIS administration, benefits communication, workforce planning, and leadership coaching. The role supports leaders and employees across multiple locations while driving consistent HR practices, accountability, and engagement.

Sources candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms, reviews resumes, conducts basic phone screens, and engages prospective candidates. Coordinates interviews and candidate communications, maintains accurate ATS records, assists with job postings, and supports recruiting administration across multiple companies and business units.

Support end-to-end M&A activities including pipeline management, target screening, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, closing support, and post-close integration. Maintain CRM, deal databook, valuation models, and team reporting in Excel and Power BI while leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis and support FP&A and controllership exposure.
