Manage strategic B2B customer accounts as the primary point of contact, strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, coordinate issue resolution, oversee invoicing and collections, and drive cross-selling and upselling. The role also includes product demonstrations, business presentations, KPI achievement, CRM maintenance, account reporting, and collaboration with finance and internal teams.

Leads international growth strategy, strategic partnerships, business development pipelines, and revenue initiatives across fintech and digital payments markets. Works with executives, banks, payment networks, regulators, and enterprise stakeholders to identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and execute strategic programs. Responsibilities include market research, proposals, RFP responses, KPI monitoring, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, and representing the company at international business events.

Own the overall fintech product strategy, identify customer and business needs, drive product innovation and launches, improve product effectiveness, conduct competitive analysis, and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and service providers. The role bridges sales, corporate teams, field forces, and headquarters while driving product mix, profitability, partnerships, and issue resolution throughout the product development lifecycle.
