Own the product lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of LOS and LMS digital lending solutions. Gather requirements from banking, fintech, risk, credit, operations, and technology stakeholders; create PRDs and process specifications; design end-to-end lending journeys; manage integrations; and coordinate engineering, QA, implementation, and support teams. The role also supports client workshops, product demonstrations, regulatory compliance, KPI tracking, product rollout, and continuous enhancements.

Deploys and administers distributed databases on GCP, configures cloud and Kubernetes networking, manages RBAC and TLS certificate infrastructure, performs Linux and database upgrades, writes SQL and Bash automation, troubleshoots incidents, and maintains technical documentation. The role collaborates with engineering and product teams and participates in critical incident response.

Drive end-to-end B2B SaaS and fintech sales, including lead generation, proposals, presentations, negotiations, contract closure, and implementation handoff. Develop customized solution pitches for enterprise customers, manage monthly revenue targets, acquire new accounts, and retain existing customers through strong account management. Target sectors include banking, financial services, education, e-commerce, logistics, retail, utilities, insurance, telecom, and government.
