Inspect packaged integrated circuit components, operate and manage KLA ICOS inspection equipment, create and optimize product recipes, perform thermal analysis, analyze test data, produce technical reports, provide technical support to customers, and coordinate engineering activities to ensure accurate, repeatable inspection and disposition of components.

Supervise Backend and Inventory Control operations: manage staffing, productivity, process flow, ISO updates, inventory audits, serialization, lot movements, customer audits, and support shipments and customer requests.

Manage monthly P&L forecasting, GL reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax provisions, fixed asset control, sales/cost analysis, government reporting, and special projects supporting department managers.

Hands-on ATE test engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and debugging test programs for photonic and multi-chip semiconductor devices. Collaborates with product and design teams to ensure test coverage, analyze test data, drive root-cause analysis, support characterization, correlation, yield improvement, and contribute to test automation and methodology enhancements.

Generate sales and opportunities for semiconductor testing and reliability services; negotiate pricing; forecast sales; provide technical sales support; liaise with engineering and suppliers; manage sales support staff and customer contracts.

Provide technical expertise for planning, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting UNIX and Windows systems, networks, mail servers, and user IT issues. Deliver help desk support, perform system maintenance, configure networks, document incidents, evaluate hardware, and create training materials.
