Establish scalable sales processes, governance, KPIs, and CRM discipline while coordinating with engineering, finance, legal, program management, and government stakeholders. Represent the company with customers, investors, funding agencies, and industry partners.

Own and optimize the Workday HR systems landscape, including configuration, workflows, modules, reporting, integrations, testing, releases, and data governance. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable HR technology solutions, support implementations and enhancements, improve automation and employee experience, and contribute to the long-term People Systems roadmap. Collaborate with Talent, Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners while maintaining reliable people data and operational insights.

Serve as the CTO’s internal deputy in technical programme and product forums. Assess programme health across engineering, production, quality, and AIT; identify bottlenecks and technical risks; recover delayed programmes; drive corrective actions; track decisions and commitments; and provide technically grounded executive insight. The role requires hands-on engagement in laboratories, manufacturing areas, and AIT environments, along with strong influence and communication skills.

Design, build, commission, maintain, and improve propulsion test facilities, test benches, and ground support equipment for liquid rocket engine testing. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot faults, conduct root cause investigations, develop safe operating procedures, and support test preparation, execution, commissioning, and anomaly resolution. The role involves fluid and mechanical system design, hazardous environments, and collaboration with engineers, operators, and technicians.

Develops and operates the ground safety framework for a Canadian launch site. Responsibilities include incorporating range safety requirements into facility and operational designs, managing hazard assessments and safety reviews, supporting licensing submissions, developing emergency response plans, coordinating regulatory and operational stakeholders, and ensuring compliance during launch operations. The role also covers payload safety, risk modeling, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement across hazardous ground operations.

Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates liquid rocket engine and subsystem test campaigns. Operates tests from the control room, monitors safety and performance, investigates anomalies, analyzes facility and test data, and improves procedures. Collaborates with design, maintenance, and facility engineering teams on commissioning, operational readiness, test facility upgrades, and new capabilities.

Maintain, secure, monitor, and modernize global network infrastructure across office, testing, and cloud environments. Configure and troubleshoot multi-vendor switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, and connectivity protocols. Provide tier 1–3 support, resolve outages, perform root-cause analysis, and improve automation and support processes. Participate in infrastructure projects and enable reliable cloud connectivity for software and data teams.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and enterprise applications. Partner with engineering, data, and IT teams to improve developer experience, troubleshoot complex systems, strengthen security, and enable reliable software delivery.

Designs and builds scalable enterprise data pipelines, integrations, and lakehouse infrastructure connecting SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, engineering, manufacturing, and operational systems. Responsibilities include data modeling, ETL/ELT, orchestration, quality validation, metadata and lineage, monitoring, governance, and reusable data services. The role requires hands-on technical ownership, collaboration with enterprise stakeholders and software engineers, and establishing engineering standards for reliable analytics, AI/ML, automation, and application data access.

Lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of internal full-stack platforms. Build frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, integrations, and database solutions; define architecture and engineering standards; and deliver secure, scalable applications. Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, finance, and program management teams to translate defense requirements into business opportunities. The role requires extensive German defense-sector experience, procurement knowledge, an established stakeholder network, and fluency in German and English.

Manage public positioning and executive communications for the CEO and leadership team. Identify speaking, media, conference, podcast, and thought-leadership opportunities; develop messaging strategies; prepare speeches, briefings, interviews, and Q&As; coordinate public appearances; manage media requests; and align executive communications with corporate communications, public affairs, and broader company strategy.

Own and evolve the software platform supporting on-premise and Azure Kubernetes environments. Design cluster architecture, automate provisioning and upgrades with Terraform and Ansible, manage Helm-based workloads, operate ArgoCD GitOps workflows, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD tooling. Support observability, security, networking, storage, certificates, and developer productivity while documenting architecture decisions and helping engineering teams troubleshoot delivery and runtime issues.

Own high-fidelity CFD analyses for liquid rocket engine combustion devices, including injectors, preburners, gas generators, igniters, and combustion chambers. Develop and validate reactive-flow models, assess combustion stability and thermal performance, correlate simulations with test data, and translate findings into hardware design decisions. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and test teams while advancing combustion modeling methods, workflows, and technical standards.

Develop, model, design, test, and validate fluid systems supporting launch vehicle propulsion. Responsibilities include defining requirements and interfaces, creating hardware and technical documentation, supporting procurement and manufacturing, analysing test data, troubleshooting anomalies, and improving system performance, reliability, and safety. The role spans concept development through qualification and flight operations support, requiring collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
