Drives operational transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering. Leads cross-functional initiatives, improves PLM, MES, and ERP processes, establishes governance and KPI frameworks, analyzes operational bottlenecks, strengthens digital data flows, and supports AI, automation, analytics, and change-management initiatives. The role focuses on measurable performance improvements, scalable processes, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Advise senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, talent planning, succession, DEI, employee relations, performance, and change management. Ensure compliant and scalable HR processes, collaborate with Works Councils and international teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and use Workday for reporting and organizational updates. The role requires strong German and English skills, German HR expertise, international HRBP experience, and occasional travel.

Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team while advising senior leaders on organizational design, restructuring, workforce strategy, FTE planning, manager effectiveness, and leadership alignment. The role drives HRBP transformation across multiple countries, supports workforce budgeting, navigates country-specific labor considerations, and creates organizational clarity in a fast-changing aerospace environment.
