Teams at Isabella Bank

Supports internal and external customers with deposit products, account requests, transaction processing, reconciliations, adjustments, online account opening, and customer inquiries. Maintains deposit-product parameters, follows banking policies and regulations, researches customer claims, and provides backup fraud-processing support. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office.

Performs accounting activities including general ledger and account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement and budget preparation, fixed-asset tracking, management reporting, data analysis, and regulatory filings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and organizational effectiveness. Work is initially on-site within the Isabella Bank footprint, with potential hybrid flexibility after training.

Provide financial advice, develop new business, create and coordinate financial plans, manage investments, cross-sell bank products, represent the bank in the community, and mentor employees to expand financial planning services.
