Teams at Isabella Bank

Develops commercial lending business by deepening existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, participating in community activities, collecting financial information, evaluating loan decisions within lending limits, collaborating on larger credits, and supporting loan closings. The role also promotes the bank’s broader products and services across all lines of business.

Performs accounting activities including general ledger and account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement and budget preparation, fixed-asset tracking, management reporting, data analysis, and regulatory filings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and organizational effectiveness. Work is initially on-site within the Isabella Bank footprint, with potential hybrid flexibility after training.

Provide financial advice, develop new business, create and coordinate financial plans, manage investments, cross-sell bank products, represent the bank in the community, and mentor employees to expand financial planning services.
