Owns BESS and inverter-based resource modeling, validation, grid-code compliance, and interconnection studies for Chile projects and advanced applications. Develops and reviews EMT, RMS, steady-state, and PPC models; coordinates with OEMs, utilities, grid operators, consultants, and internal teams; validates model packages; documents findings; resolves technical blockers; and supports applications including data centers, grid-forming systems, black start, and island operation. Travel may be required for project sites, vendor factories, workshops, and testing.

Manages the financial and commercial performance of service projects from order acceptance through invoicing and revenue recognition. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, SAP project setup, cash flow and receivables oversight, compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, commercial risk mitigation, and claims management. Partners with project managers to improve profitability, financial alignment, and lifecycle performance.

Perform testing, verification, and commissioning of control cabinets and systems. Validate logic against control narratives, execute Factory Acceptance Tests, complete QC documentation, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve defects, and support site installation, commissioning, and service. Work includes PLC/HMI testing, instrumentation checks, and preparing final test reports.

Leads quality investigations, issue resolution, corrective and preventive actions, quality record maintenance, testing, validation, triage, and product readiness for battery energy storage products. Collaborates globally with engineering, program management, supply chain, manufacturing, and product development teams. Supports quality systems, risk management, supplier quality, change control, compliance, and data-driven decisions across large-scale renewable energy projects.

Lead development and standardization of commissioning engineering standards, provide technical authority and oversight for control systems and troubleshooting, mentor engineering staff, drive process improvements, and integrate field lessons to improve fleet reliability and safety.

Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards for supply chain, S&OP, manufacturing, and operations. Gather requirements, define KPIs, build scalable semantic data models, integrate and validate data, optimize reporting performance, manage security and refreshes, document solutions, resolve issues, and train users. The contractor will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver trusted, executive-ready insights that improve operational decision-making and long-term BI sustainability.

Serve as the Moore APACS subject-matter expert: program and troubleshoot APACS using 4-mation, maintain Profibus/MODBUS and legacy modules, support Wonderware HMI, optimize control logic, minimize downtime, and lead modernization planning to next-generation platforms while preserving field wiring.

Lead electrical design for gas turbine auxiliary systems (<=600V/220VDC). Produce detailed drawings and calculations, specify equipment, review vendor docs, mentor junior engineers, and support manufacturing/commissioning.

Design and document low-voltage power distribution for gas turbine auxiliaries including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, cable/conduit layouts, equipment sizing, BOMs, and code compliance. Use SPEL/SPI/S3D and related tools, prepare purchase specifications, coordinate with vendors, support manufacturing/commissioning, and mentor junior engineers. Travel up to 10%.

Support and improve manufacturing quality using QMS principles: perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, lead/process qualifications, develop inspection plans, manage quality documentation and metrics, support audits, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring metrology and inspection compliance.

Lead engineering/design team for gas turbine projects, act as technical point of contact, translate contract requirements into deliverables, manage schedules/budgets, coordinate vendors and global teams, review drawings, support equipment specification and vendor selection, and track technical/contractual issues through project completion and warranty.

Provide a dedicated on-site Safety Manager to oversee daily construction safety for a solar field project: conduct inspections, identify hazards, manage corrective actions, run toolbox talks, support JHAs, maintain safety documentation, and deliver required safety reports.

Manage delivery of control systems projects (design, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning) for power generation. Own profit/loss, schedules, budgets, risk, customer satisfaction. Coordinate contractors, generate change orders, report financial status, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to complete projects on time and within budget.

Manage supply and demand planning for OEM service parts by aligning demand with purchasing and manufacturing, overseeing MRP and inventory control, supporting S&OP, driving process improvements, evaluating ECN impacts, producing inventory forecasts and KPI reports, and collaborating with sourcing, PLM, engineering, and factories to optimize stock, consolidation, and part disposition.

Support regional leadership and cross-functional teams with budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, month-end close, and SAP-based project financials. Prepare monthly management reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows, manage contract setups and customer invoicing, and drive transparency to protect margins and meet segment financial targets.

Design, engineer, and commission DCS/PLC hardware for new and modernization power plant projects. Develop I/O lists, channel allocations, loop drawings, and control cabinet designs; perform site surveys, factory acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning. Ensure connectivity with third-party systems (DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, TCP/IP, Profibus), perform heat load calculations, maintain engineering documentation, and present control concepts to customers. Use AutoCAD Electrical and basic IT networking knowledge.

Administer, configure, and support Hexagon Smart 3D environments and databases; manage project initialization, model imports/exports, upgrades, and troubleshooting; maintain data integrity, permissions, integrations, and documentation; coordinate with engineering, IT, contractors, and vendors to ensure system availability and standards compliance across multi-discipline projects.
