Coordinates environmental, health, and safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations. Develops and tracks training, conducts audits and facility walkthroughs, investigates incidents, manages corrective actions, supports waste and contractor safety programs, maintains compliance records and metrics, analyzes safety trends, and promotes continuous improvement and employee engagement. Travel may be required up to 10%.

Owns BESS and inverter-based resource modeling, validation, grid-code compliance, and interconnection studies for Chile projects and advanced applications. Develops and reviews EMT, RMS, steady-state, and PPC models; coordinates with OEMs, utilities, grid operators, consultants, and internal teams; validates model packages; documents findings; resolves technical blockers; and supports applications including data centers, grid-forming systems, black start, and island operation. Travel may be required for project sites, vendor factories, workshops, and testing.

Manages the financial and commercial performance of service projects from order acceptance through invoicing and revenue recognition. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, SAP project setup, cash flow and receivables oversight, compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, commercial risk mitigation, and claims management. Partners with project managers to improve profitability, financial alignment, and lifecycle performance.
