Responsibilities include updating AutoCAD drawings, developing weld inspection protocols, analyzing fabrication defects, verifying HVAC integration, auditing production, conducting root-cause analysis, and improving SOPs. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. structural welding codes and experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.

The Site Safety Manager provides health, safety, and environmental oversight for utility-scale energy storage construction projects. Responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, enforcing HSE plans and regulations, conducting inspections and training, stopping unsafe work, investigating incidents, leading safety meetings, managing corrective actions, and advising construction teams and contractors. The role requires strong leadership, technical judgment, regulatory knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
