Supports and coordinates multiple manufacturing, automation, facility improvement, and capital projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, project performance, formal tracking, stakeholder communication, plant shutdown support, and project updates. The role also involves QA processes, change control, and coordination with senior project managers across industrial project environments.

Leads planning, development, execution, and reporting for Remote Services and Controls and Tuning Service Engineering programs. Coordinates technical teams, stakeholders, customers, and partners; develops roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, product information, and portfolio reports. Facilitates meetings, supports presentations and marketing initiatives, and manages commercial and technical relationships. Requires approximately 25% business travel and familiarity with industrial controls, networking, and cybersecurity.

Manages the financial and commercial performance of service projects from order acceptance through invoicing and revenue recognition. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, SAP project setup, cash flow and receivables oversight, compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, commercial risk mitigation, and claims management. Partners with project managers to improve profitability, financial alignment, and lifecycle performance.
