Lead IT strategy and hands-on execution for cloud, on-premise, and SaaS systems. Architect integrations across ERP, WMS, e-commerce (Shopify/Magento/Amazon), and partner platforms. Manage network security, disaster recovery, and Microsoft 365 migration. Direct and mentor systems, database, platform, and help desk teams while owning IT roadmap, budget, vendor relationships, and compliance for digital storefronts.

Lead IT strategy and hands-on technical delivery for cloud, on‑premise, and SaaS systems. Oversee ERP and WMS implementations, e‑commerce architecture (Shopify/Magento), Microsoft 365 migration, network security, data integrity, and AI integrations. Manage and mentor systems, DBAs, platform engineers, and help desk staff. Own IT roadmap, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance (CCPA, GDPR, ADA), and uptime/performance for digital storefronts and partner platforms.

The QC Sampler collects and documents raw, in-process, and finished product samples for testing, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

Manage and grow territory sales in Los Angeles County for a cosmeceutical skincare line. Build and maintain partner relationships, cold call to open new accounts, demonstrate signature treatments, run events, launch products, and collaborate with corporate on initiatives while maintaining deep product and clinical knowledge.

Mix and prepare product batches per approved formulas, SOPs, and GMP. Operate and clean compounding equipment, record batch data, follow FIFO, coordinate with warehouse and quality, report deviations, maintain safety and PPE. Initial training in California for 2-4 weeks.

The Quality Auditor ensures compliance with standards through audits of processes and products, identifies issues, and supports quality improvements.

On-site warehouse role responsible for accurately picking materials, verifying lot/item numbers and quantities, staging items for production or shipping, maintaining inventory records, and following GMP/SOP safety standards. Supports cycle counts, receiving, and collaboration with production and packaging teams while performing physically demanding tasks.
