Provide onsite Tier 2 technical and business application support for Windows and macOS users; administer ERP/WMS (Dynamics GP), Shopify, Smartsheet, Power BI, and SharePoint; troubleshoot escalated helpdesk issues, manage user onboarding/offboarding and access, validate patches, support integrations and data consistency, document SOPs, coordinate vendors, and assist with training and reporting.

Supervise and oversee assembly of product kits per work orders, verify components and labels, enforce SOPs/GMP and safety, maintain organized kitting area, report issues, assist inventory and packing, and meet daily fulfillment goals.

The Quality Auditor ensures compliance with standards through audits of processes and products, identifies issues, and supports quality improvements.

The Quality Control Analyst tests raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards through laboratory analyses and accurate documentation.

The QC Sampler collects and documents raw, in-process, and finished product samples for testing, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

Supervise and coordinate daily filling line operations to meet production goals while ensuring GMP/SOP compliance, safety, training, equipment sanitation, recordkeeping, FIFO material handling, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Compounding, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
