Own the operating infrastructure supporting a B2B SaaS customer success team, including account books, coverage, CRM workspaces, renewal forecasting, journey milestones, retention reporting, churn attribution, data integrity, automation, and enablement. Reconcile data across HubSpot, Stripe, and Hex; improve recurring processes; and partner with CS leadership, Finance, Product, and GTM Engineering to increase retention and reduce administrative work.

Build and lead Iru’s private and public communities for IT and security practitioners. Responsibilities include launching community programs, recruiting members, managing engagement and retention, creating original campaigns and social content, maintaining brand voice, amplifying product launches, gathering audience insights, and collaborating across marketing and creative teams.

As a Visual Designer, you will create marketing assets, support website design, and collaborate on brand projects while learning from a Senior Designer.
