Teams at Iru

Serve as a technical advisor for device management, delivering product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, onboarding support, troubleshooting, and customer guidance. Collaborate with Sales, Success, Support, Product, and Engineering; create technical resources; escalate complex issues; communicate customer feedback; and influence product improvements. The role requires strong Apple device management expertise, scripting skills, communication, problem-solving, and customer empathy.

Design, build, and scale Iru’s foundational platform services, including API gateways, service meshes, CI/CD infrastructure, and shared developer services. Improve reliability, security, performance, observability, and developer productivity across multiple product lines. Collaborate with engineering teams to decompose monoliths into scalable services, implement infrastructure and deployment best practices, and participate in on-call support for critical systems.

Lead strategic finance at Iru by owning FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance reporting. Evaluate capital structure, debt and equity alternatives, financing needs, and fundraising scenarios. Develop investor-, Board-, and executive-facing materials, partner with senior leaders on operating plans and investment decisions, and strengthen scalable finance processes at a high-growth SaaS technology company.
