Supports customers and Account Managers by handling calls, emails, chats, product inquiries, orders, returns, backorders, and account concerns. Coordinates with internal processing teams to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Maintains customer records in ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems, provides product guidance, identifies upsell opportunities, and escalates recurring issues or patterns to management.
