Operate screen and pad printing equipment, set up and adjust multicolor print jobs, mix inks, prepare materials, inspect printed products for quality and consistency, maintain clean equipment, and meet production deadlines safely.

Supports customers, sales staff, and internal teams by handling inquiries, orders, returns, backorders, pricing, inventory questions, and customer data. Provides phone, email, and chat support; coordinates accurate order processing; maintains CRM, ERP, and ticketing records; identifies customer concerns and product opportunities; and assists with cross-functional issue resolution and upselling.

Provides customer support across phone, email, and chat; processes orders, RMAs, backorders, and related paperwork; answers product, inventory, pricing, and shipping questions; maintains customer data in ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems; coordinates with sales and processing teams; and supports limited upselling and issue resolution.

Manage regional key accounts, develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing customer relationships. Conduct account reviews, analyze performance and market trends, maintain sales records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events while meeting sales targets and supporting customer satisfaction across the designated region.

Manage and grow key client relationships across Northern Texas, execute regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, monitor market and competitor trends, and achieve sales targets. The role includes forecasting, budgeting reports, customer service, internal coordination for product delivery, and representing the company at industry events. Experience with PPE or related industries, CRM tools, sales analysis, and regional travel is required or preferred.

The Business Development Manager will build relationships with local industries, manage accounts, identify safety issues, and promote Ironwear's PPE products.
