Plans and coordinates Coast Guard cutter Programmed Depot Maintenance activities. Conducts vessel assessments and onboard inspections, develops repair specifications and Statements of Work, supports contractor oversight and change reviews, prepares cost estimates and purchase requests, maintains maintenance records and casualty databases, and supports availability execution and closeout. Advises contracting officers on technical findings, risks, pricing changes, and recommended repairs while communicating with stakeholders and leadership.

Leads Contracts, Procurement, Project Control, and Pricing departments for a defense contractor. Oversees federal contract vehicles, prime and subcontract administration, negotiations, compliance with FAR and DFARS, export compliance, procurement processes, and complex DoD proposal pricing. Supervises department personnel, manages subcontractor pipelines, supports task order growth, and ensures compliant cost-volume submissions. Mentor teams on V&V and Agile workflows while integrating human-AI collaborative engineering capabilities.
