The Business Analyst supports U.S. government customers with program budgeting and analysis, focusing on DoD processes. Requires Secret clearance and extensive experience in budgetary procedures.

Serves as the technical subject matter expert for the International Engineering Services Program supporting Apache sustainment, engineering investigations, software integration, modernization, and international partner coordination. Identifies sustainment projects, analyzes technical requirements, supports cost and schedule business cases, improves policies, develops guidance and training, manages technical risks, and maintains relationships with government, foreign military sales partners, contractors, and OEMs.

Provide operational expertise to integrate the Army's Scalable Hypersonic weapon systems into Army and Joint C2, mission command, and fires. Support CONOPS, TTPs, requirements influence, exercises, test and evaluation, training, logistics documentation, and executive briefings to inform senior leader decisions.

Support the Apache PMO as Data Manager for Foreign Military Sales. Generate and review SOWs, CDRLs, DSLs, DD Form 1423s, and DIDs; verify contract deliverable compliance; process technical review taskers; and coordinate reviews with technical leads, vendors, and SMEs.

Provide cybersecurity support for the MV-75 Program, advising on risk posture, compliance, and ATO readiness while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure integrated cybersecurity considerations.

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Army long-range fires and weapon systems. Lead MBSE and Agile systems engineering adoption, drive systems integration (HWIL/SIL), modeling & simulation, requirements traceability with DOORS/Cameo, data-driven analysis using Python/C++/MATLAB, IPT/CAM leadership, stakeholder coordination, and proposal/capture support. Mentor teams on V&V and Agile workflows while integrating human-AI collaborative engineering capabilities.

Lead and manage corporate IT operations and personnel with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and federal compliance (NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS). Administer Office 365/SharePoint and Power Platform, maintain Azure hybrid infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MFA), run ITSM/ISO20000-aligned processes, oversee projects, documentation, and after-hours support, and ensure audit readiness.

Lead working groups, plan and direct trade studies and technical projects, manage cost/schedule/performance of propulsion and power systems, evaluate designs vs requirements, perform engineering analysis including fatigue life assessment of metallic and composite structures, support aircraft systems as SME, and coordinate with peers, contractors, and management. Occasional physical activity and up to 25 lb lifting required.
