Support FMS financial management for the Apache PMO: develop P&A and LOA packages, perform DSAMS case development, track FMS budgets/ledgers, prepare financial reports, and support execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.

The Business Analyst supports U.S. government customers with program budgeting and analysis, focusing on DoD processes. Requires Secret clearance and extensive experience in budgetary procedures.
