Welcomes and assists gym members, handles inquiries and customer service issues, manages multiple front desk tasks, promotes gym services, and supports sales efforts. Requires strong communication, organization, physical stamina, shift flexibility, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.

Lead and grow a training department at a new high-end facility: hire, train, mentor trainers, drive department revenue and sales performance, enforce service and professionalism standards, and collaborate with leadership to build culture and systems.

Lead and own the training department's revenue by converting leads into long-term personal training clients, build and coach a high-performing team of trainers, run meetings and one-on-ones, collaborate with membership/GM to maximize pipeline, and uphold standards of professionalism and client results.
