Leads a complex international academic and professional exchange portfolio, overseeing strategy, funder engagement, participant support, partner relationships, compliance, budgets, monitoring and evaluation, and multidisciplinary team performance. Ensures adherence to J-1 and SEVIS requirements, manages U.S. Government-funded programs, improves workflows, uses data and technology responsibly, and represents the organization with funders, government stakeholders, universities, and other partners.

Leads IREX’s IT operations and serves as deputy to the CTO. Oversees cloud infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, cybersecurity operations, enterprise applications, integrations, AI automation, service delivery, vendors, budgets, and technology governance. Provides hands-on technical escalation, manages resilience and disaster recovery, supports complex implementations, improves user support, and coordinates cross-functional technology initiatives. The role requires strong technical leadership, vendor management, cybersecurity knowledge, and experience operating enterprise technology environments.

Manage international education program operations for educational institution partners and Fellows, including subawards, procurement, communications, placements, compliance, participant support, and program planning. Lead a portfolio of 10–12 institutions, coordinate presentations and site visits, resolve medical and conduct issues, maintain program data, coach junior staff, improve workflows, and support proposals and external partner engagement.

Provides strategic, technical, operational, and representational leadership for donor-funded programs in Guatemala. Oversees implementation, budgets, grants, partners, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, compliance, risk mitigation, staffing, and adaptive management. Acts as a senior liaison with donors, government officials, civil society, and internal teams while guiding technical contributors and supporting transitions, sustainability, closeout, and proposal development.

Provides technical and coordination support for donor-funded programs in digital transformation and information landscapes. Responsibilities include coordinating partners and consultants, supporting technical assistance and institutional strengthening, managing grant and rapid-response processes, contributing to MEL and reporting, tracking deliverables, identifying risks, supporting adaptive management, and assisting with new program start-up and proposal development in Latin America.

Support day-to-day program operations, participant and partner engagement, data and records management, communications and event logistics, finance and grant processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and proposal/new business support for donor-funded international development programs.
