Leads a complex international academic and professional exchange portfolio, overseeing strategy, funder engagement, participant support, partner relationships, compliance, budgets, monitoring and evaluation, and multidisciplinary team performance. Ensures adherence to J-1 and SEVIS requirements, manages U.S. Government-funded programs, improves workflows, uses data and technology responsibly, and represents the organization with funders, government stakeholders, universities, and other partners.

Leads IREX’s IT operations and serves as deputy to the CTO. Oversees cloud infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, cybersecurity operations, enterprise applications, integrations, AI automation, service delivery, vendors, budgets, and technology governance. Provides hands-on technical escalation, manages resilience and disaster recovery, supports complex implementations, improves user support, and coordinates cross-functional technology initiatives. The role requires strong technical leadership, vendor management, cybersecurity knowledge, and experience operating enterprise technology environments.

Manage international education program operations for educational institution partners and Fellows, including subawards, procurement, communications, placements, compliance, participant support, and program planning. Lead a portfolio of 10–12 institutions, coordinate presentations and site visits, resolve medical and conduct issues, maintain program data, coach junior staff, improve workflows, and support proposals and external partner engagement.
