The HSE Advisor Lead develops and maintains EHSS management systems, policies, risk assessments, compliance processes, and performance reporting. The role coordinates with operations and stakeholders to promote workplace safety, environmental compliance, continuous improvement, and effective training. Responsibilities include reviewing facility standards, investigating incidents, sharing corrective insights, reporting to agencies, and establishing annual and long-range HSE objectives across multiple jurisdictions and operations.

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale bare metal GPU and AI Cloud infrastructure programs. Lead planning, procurement readiness, data center deployment, cluster commissioning, software enablement, production readiness, customer onboarding, and operational handoff across multiple sites. Coordinate engineering, data center operations, supply chain, vendors, security, networking, and customer teams while managing risks, dependencies, schedules, governance, executive communications, and continuous process improvements.
