Provides administrative support to the Legal and Risk & Compliance teams, with primary responsibility for legal billing. Processes invoices, purchase orders, service entry sheets, accruals, invoice matching, and discrepancy resolution in SAP. Maintains audit-ready records, coordinates with Accounts Payable, vendors, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders, and supports general administration including scheduling, travel, expenses, document management, onboarding, and team events.

Manage the end-to-end SOX compliance program, including risk assessment, documentation, control testing, remediation, reporting, and audit coordination. Evaluate IT general controls and automated and manual business-process controls across systems such as SAP and ADP. Partner with IT and business stakeholders, train control owners, support system changes, improve process automation, and monitor evolving SOX, cybersecurity, and IT risk requirements.

Supports AI Cloud commercial operations and go-to-market execution, including customer engagement, opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, pricing, deal structuring, contract governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and executive reporting. Coordinates with engineering, operations, product, legal, finance, and project delivery teams to translate technical requirements into commercial outcomes and develop customer relationships and market intelligence.
