Responsibilities include identifying emerging technologies, conducting technical diligence, negotiating milestone-based Statements of Work, overseeing development programs, assessing deliverables, resolving technical issues, and guiding adoption strategies. The role requires expertise in space technology, strong technical and contract writing abilities, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
