Supports venture capital investment activities, including startup sourcing, opportunity assessment, transaction diligence, investment memo preparation, and deal execution. Conducts quantitative and qualitative research on emerging technology sectors and synthesizes findings into investment theses, presentations, and reports. Builds relationships across the venture ecosystem with entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and government stakeholders.

Engineering interns join a multidisciplinary rapid prototyping team developing and assessing hardware, software, and AI solutions to nationally significant problems. Responsibilities span design, development, testing, and experimentation, including maritime autonomy and machine learning data-collection systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong Python programming, hands-on building experience, curiosity, initiative, communication skills, and interest in hardware/software projects. Raspberry Pi experience is required; machine learning deployment and Docker experience are preferred.

Develops technology investment strategies and architectures for government and defense partners. Responsibilities include identifying emerging technologies, conducting technical diligence, negotiating milestone-based Statements of Work, overseeing development programs, assessing deliverables, resolving technical issues, and guiding adoption strategies. The role requires expertise in space technology, strong technical and contract writing abilities, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
