Teams at IQT (In-Q-Tel)

Leads research and development of written analytic products on emerging technology, national security, industry, market, and geopolitical trends. Designs research projects, collaborates with subject-matter experts, identifies partner knowledge gaps, provides thought leadership, publishes at least two products monthly, and briefs government stakeholders.

Develops technology investment strategies and architectures for government and defense partners. Responsibilities include identifying emerging technologies, conducting technical diligence, negotiating milestone-based Statements of Work, overseeing development programs, assessing deliverables, resolving technical issues, and guiding adoption strategies. The role requires expertise in space technology, strong technical and contract writing abilities, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
