Supports program managers coordinating technology development programs and technology transfer to government partners. Responsibilities include organizing administrative and technical meetings, collaborating with internal stakeholders, understanding investment and program lifecycles, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives that improve program execution and knowledge sharing. The role requires strong problem-solving, systems thinking, communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Supports IQT’s International Team with pre-deal diligence, meeting participation, deal-document preparation, and analytical projects. Analyzes global venture capital and emerging-technology trends, evaluates prior investments, and helps develop future investment strategies. Provides ad hoc support while contributing to IQT’s international brand awareness and value to government partners.

Supports venture capital investment activities, including startup sourcing, opportunity assessment, transaction diligence, investment memo preparation, and deal execution. Conducts quantitative and qualitative research on emerging technology sectors and synthesizes findings into investment theses, presentations, and reports. Builds relationships across the venture ecosystem with entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and government stakeholders.
