Lead government-funded R&D programs in Japan from initiation through audits, managing milestones, budgets, KPIs, risks, scope changes, reporting, consortium partners, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary contact for government agencies and evaluators, protect intellectual property, ensure funder compliance, and establish scalable project management practices. The role requires formal Japanese documentation and agency communication, business-level English, and coordination with global stakeholders.

Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer support for quantum-computing software systems. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and upgrading production software; analyzing logs; replicating and troubleshooting issues; administering Linux-based software stacks; guiding customers through installations and quantum circuit execution; collaborating with internal experts; and improving automation and operational efficiency.

Repurpose technical content, manage campaign distribution, generate and route leads through the CRM, monitor performance, and deliver reporting and recommendations. Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and business teams while applying AI to automate reporting, quality assurance, and optimization workflows.

Drive technical sales success for quantum computing solutions by designing solutions, educating customers, identifying use cases, delivering presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and supporting RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Act as a bridge between Sales, R&D, Product, and Engineering while translating complex technical concepts into business value. The role requires strong stakeholder management, public speaking, analytical problem-solving, and fluent German or Polish plus English.

Provides technical expertise throughout the sales cycle for quantum computing solutions. Designs solutions, translates complex concepts into business value, delivers presentations, demos, and proofs of concept, identifies customer use cases, supports RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, presents at conferences, and coordinates feedback across Sales, R&D, Product, and Engineering teams.

Design, implement, simulate, and integrate VHDL FPGA IP for high-speed data processing. Benchmark and optimize throughput, latency, and resource usage. Align interfaces/protocols with hardware, firmware, and software teams. Contribute to tooling, verification, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to enable scalable quantum electronics.

Design, implement, simulate, and integrate FPGA IP blocks (VHDL) for high-speed, low-latency quantum control systems. Benchmark and optimize throughput/latency, align interfaces and protocols across teams, own IP blocks, mentor juniors, and drive continuous improvement and verification practices.

Develop, refine, and characterize single- and two-qubit gates for superconducting quantum processors. Create calibration and benchmarking routines, analyze gate fidelities, collaborate across hardware and software teams, contribute to quantum error correction efforts, and (at senior level) mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Designs, implements, executes, and analyses quantum error correction experiments on superconducting quantum processors. Develops control‑software features, models error processes, evaluates QEC protocols and decoders, and collaborates across experimental, theoretical, and software teams to advance fault‑tolerant quantum computing.

Lead development and integration of quantum optimization algorithms into hybrid classical-quantum workflows. Design, implement, simulate, benchmark, and run experiments on algorithms and QPUs. Build scalable software libraries, collaborate with hardware and research teams, publish results, support customer proofs-of-concept, produce documentation, and mentor colleagues.

Develop, analyze, and implement quantum error-correcting codes and decoding algorithms for fault-tolerant quantum computing. Design fault-tolerant operations (e.g., lattice surgery), implement and optimize decoders in Python/C/C++/Rust (potential FPGA deployment), perform resource estimation and scalability analysis, collaborate with hardware and software teams, and publish research in scientific venues.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for IQM Radiance and Spark, define and validate new product concepts and MVPs, prioritize investments, support go-to-market and customer engagements, align cross-functional teams, and develop scalable product management practices for complex on-premises quantum hardware systems.

Serve as the technical bridge between IQM and customers in South Korea: design and present solutions, run technical workshops, PoCs and demos, produce technical proposals for tenders, gather product feedback, support full sales cycle, represent IQM at events, and travel across APAC to drive adoption of quantum systems.
