Teams at IQM Quantum Computers

Manage quantum technology and R&D projects from planning through delivery. Coordinate engineering, product, finance, and external partners; track schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and deliverables; maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence; prepare reports for German funding agencies; communicate technical progress to varied audiences; and improve scalable project management processes.

Develop and maintain QPU simulation software and related open-source and in-house tools. Responsibilities include Python software development, CI/CD and test framework maintenance, simulation data and interface coordination, code and design reviews, issue-based workflow management, and collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the open-source community. The role also involves learning and applying quantum physics, electromagnetics, and quantum processing unit simulation concepts.

Provides legal counsel on German corporate law, corporate governance, capital markets compliance, group entities, M&A, and commercial agreements. Supports shareholder and board matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, maintains legal templates and governance processes, coordinates cross-border stakeholders and external counsel, and delivers practical advice to a growing public quantum-computing company.
