Teams at IQM Quantum Computers

Partner with R&D and engineering to own project cost visibility, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and grant compliance. Monitor spend vs budgets, identify variances and risks, improve R&D financial processes, and support strategic decision-making across development programs.

Support and build IQM Japans administrative functions: coordinate between Japan and HQ, manage government-funded program documentation (NEDO), run office operations, handle finance and procurement admin, maintain auditable records, and create/process standard operating procedures to scale the local office.

Design, develop, and validate mechanical components and systems for quantum computers using CAD and PDM tools. Create production-ready drawings, BOMs, and compliance documentation; lead design reviews, prototype assembly, and cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production while mentoring colleagues and improving mechanical design processes.
