Develop and refine single- and two-qubit gates for superconducting processors; build calibration and characterization routines; analyze and improve gate fidelities; collaborate across design, fabrication, software, and theory teams; contribute to quantum error correction; mentor and lead initiatives at the senior level.

Design and implement software for quantum error correction experiments, build data pipelines converting experiment outputs into logical observables, enable modular configurable experiment workflows, support real-time decoding and feedforward, collaborate with researchers to translate needs into testable, maintainable software, and participate in planning and delivery processes.

Develop and test readout and reset techniques for superconducting quantum processors, support mid-circuit and terminal readout experiments, implement qubit reset protocols, contribute to calibration and benchmarking, analyze experimental data, and collaborate across hardware, software, and fabrication teams.
